Here is our lovely tree this year....we kept our decor pretty minimal this year, which has proven to be a good idea, because the girls want to touch everything. They love when I turn the lights on, gasping every time. Tonight we watched the cookie special on the food network; I let Katherine choose which cookies she wanted to make for 
Santa. Proving she is her mother's daughter, she opted for the cookies Paula Dean made...oatmeal, peanut butter, chocolate...who doesn't love that??? :) So we have Santa's treats planned now. She did inform me, however, that he might not like regular milk, because "Mom, I think Santa likes chocolate milk with his cookies, don't you think?" She might be on to something....
